About us

My name is Ľuboš Grajcár. Through media, advertising, business and hotel I get back to what I studied and what I feel existentially close to. I founded a travel agency and I wish that I passed along what I myself received: the courage to show another way, the unknown places, love for nature and movement in it and joy to be with people. The travel agency has “tour” in the title, you understand the word and “John the B” is John the Baptist; he talked about something important and dwelt in the wilderness of the desert. John's name is a bit complicated for the domain, so we opted for splavujeme.sk. We want to keep telling the important and preserve wilderness.

Our guides are people we know well, and are primarily those whom we trust. Only then they are excellent watermen who have extensive experience of Slovak and European rivers, the appropriate certificates, experience with wild water rescue.

It is summer 2011, we begin.
